Croydon Travel monitor the use and activity of this site for statistical and maintenance purposes only. Any information collected by the web server (including IP address) will only be used for purposes of statistical analyses.

Croydon Travel offers the facility to request a brochure via our website. If you submit a form or email requesting a brochure or information your details will be included on our mailing list and we may chose to notify you by mail, phone or email about our services in the future. However if you do not wish to be retained on the mailing list please indicate this and we will not send you any future correspondence.

Why do we require your personal information?
Croydon Travel collects personal information necessary to handle your travel enquiries and bookings. The extent of personal information needed will depend on your requirements. For example a request for our brochure would require you to supply your name and address. A booking on The Captain's Choice Tour would require further details including the completion of a health questionnaire and insurance application forms. Any personal and/or sensitive information will be kept in strict confidence and can only be accessed by the relevant person within Croydon Travel.

Disclosure of your personal information to third parties
Croydon Travel does deal with third party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, local tour operators, etc. There are times when Croydon Travel will need to provide personal information to these third parties to enable them to perform their engaged activities, these organisations are bound by their own code of ethics.
